This is one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE neighborhood fun bar/restaurants. It's been recently purchased by new owners who have spruced up the place a bit. It still has the comforting, old style, Italian, hill vibe with a bit of a refresh! The place looks clean and the employees seem happy and are always friendly. The HH menu is awesome. The regular food menu has some exciting updates! One of my favorite items is the GLUTEN FREE crust pizza! While they do not have vegan cheese this IS one of my favorite gluten free crusts for taste AND texture. It's so good I don't mind eating it without vegan cheese. I love the salmon as well. The place is usually buzzing and the energy is good. I love coming here for the fun vibes. And keeping with the old school tradition they will still serve you the drink of your choice in a fish bowl!

A great place to go if you're wanting pasta on the Hill. I would recommend this place if you're wanting something a little more casual and affordable. They also usually have a short wait for tables because their dining room is so large and service is quick. We got seated after a ten minute wait on a Friday night. I've had great experiences before. This visit the kitchen lost our ticket so we waited an hour for food but the wait staff was nice and gave us a great discount which we were very pleased about. We didn't even have to ask or complain about the wait for them to offer the fix for us. Food is always good. The house red wine is also delicious.

Lunch specials are a good value. For one we chose a chicken Caesar salad. It was large but not too large with plenty of chicken. More importantly, it wasn't overly sauced and lettuce was fresh. The other meal was parmaciano with fried broccoli, creamy Italian soup, snd a small house salad. The meat patty had the flavor and consistency of a meatball covered with cheese and a red sauce. The breaded broccoli was overcooked with a light burnt taste. The soup and salad were excellent. Service was a little distant. There wasn 't immediate follow-up after meal delivery, drinks weren't refilled, and I had to ask for the bill.

Hadn't been to Rigazzi's in years. Read some Yelp reviews and did not know what to expect, but thought it was worth a try. SO, SO pleasantly surprised. The gf offerings were amazing! The food was delicious and priced reasonably. Service was prompt, efficient and pleasant. We were there on a weekday at 4p which made us one of a very few customers at that time. The restaurant has an old world vibe which made it seem solid with tradition and true to a certain standard. Had a great meal and pleasant time .

So, after having looked over reviews, I was a bit worried about going here. But it had been decided, so "go there, we did". Now, I must say we were there on a Tuesday at 4PM, so the place wasn't hoppin' by any means. But the service was very good, and the food was good too. The cocktail was good too... Prices were more reasonable than a lot of places I've been to lately, so I really appreciated that. The ambiance was nice, with good music playing in the background. Would not be opposed to returning.

Yum! I can't wait to go back to have a full meal at Rigazzi's. Rigazzi's is the oldest restaurant on The Hill and has an amazing story. It is family owned and they are dedicated to preserving its history. Can you believe it was almost torn down to make it a taco joint! So glad it wasn't. The toasted raviolis here are unique! They do not have the bread crumbs and are more filling of meat filling. They were delicious. I was nervous to try the stuffed mushrooms because they were in a red sauce, but dang they were good! I could eat a few plates of them myself. Our service was great and the inside and outside of the restaurant was so cute and you could tell they are proud of St. Louis! I really enjoyed having a few appetizers and drinks here and can't wait to go back for a full dinner soon.
